Slimfold Cavalier SG80

Slimfold Cavalier SG80 is the perfect solution for the smaller commercial outlet.

It is a half size version of the TG160 with a single grill operation. However, apart from its size it has all the features which make the Cinders Slimfold range so successful. It can turn out sixteen well-done 8oz steaks every eight minutes and is designed for continuous operation.

KSF125 Box Grill

The indoor/outdoor option for that perfect barbecue.

Perfectly constructed for both indoor and outdoor use, Box Grills are available in natural gas or propane versions ensuring that a great barbecue taste can be achieved easily, either indoors or outside.

Manufactured in good quality stainless steel they can be permanently sited in a patio situation. All four sides are double skinned to contain heat efficiency within the grill, ensuring that as little heat as possible is transmitted to the surrounding construction or environment.

Box Grills can be stripped out within a couple of minutes, without the use of tools allowing access to all parts for easy cleaning.

Three types of cooking surfaces are available.

 

  • Sloping V bars (used over Lava Rock) channel 80% of the fat in to the full size drip tray below. This cooking surface is ideal for bar marking food as the heat is increased over the lava rock.
  • The Solid Griddle is milled cast steel and has a drain hole for excess liquid.
  • The Round Bar Grill is used over burner protection plates and is a gentler way of cooking sausages, burgers and other high fat content, processed foods.

A marine quality fabric cover is available the outdoor version.

The ice table is a low cost high quality means of display and food presentation.

  • It will add impact to any event. Dress it with an ice sculpture, flowers, fruit as well as food for a great centre piece.
  • Use to keep cold food and drinks chilled and party fresh.
  • Use indoors or out. Easily transportable with fold down legs.
  • Hugely increase gross profit and add impact to any event.

The granite white table top is made from FDA approved, high density polyethylene. The collapsible leg supports are rugged black powder coated steel. All components are ultraviolet resistant

The Ice Table comes complete with hooks and white skirt to add to the presentation value. Skirt fabric is flame retardant, permanently pleated 100% polyester and can be machine washed in cold water and tumble dried

The sneeze screen is a clear acrylic structure which can be folded flat for storage.

The Ice table can be filled with between 34 and 40Kgs of ice depending on the depth required

Draining the Ice Table

Remove the drain cap from the underside of the table and allow to drain onto or into a bucket. A standard garden hose can be attached to the drain cap to direct the flow of water to any convenient location.

Established in 1984 by the present Managing Director, Bill Cooke, Cinders Barbecues are manufacturers of commercial catering barbecues. The newly extended factory with modern production facilities is located in Bentham, North Yorkshire

Recent expansion has enabled the company to export widely. Europe and America are the main markets and 2008 has seen the opening of another company in Sarasota, Florida.

 

The Product

Designed for professionals, the original 1984 product has undergone years of practical refinement. All models carry a two year parts warranty under full commercial catering and hire use.

Full factory servicing is available, with no limit on year of purchase.

 

Standards

All our products are CE marked in respect of individual European countries. This is mandatory under the European Gas Appliance Directive and applied by Law to all gas consuming products.
